Do we have to sign a contract?

No, we do not require you to sign any contracts to take advantage of any of our payment processing programs. However, you would be required to complete and sign a merchant services agreement enabling our banking partners to make deposits to your primary business checking account.

Your merchant agreement is a month to month agreement for processing services with NO cancellation and NO early termination fees, ever!

Will I need to replace my current payment terminal?

Yes, you will need to switch out your current payment acceptance device (credit card terminal) with a new one provided by us at absolutely NO CHARGE!

We have all of the latest EMV compliant terminals including Valor, Ingenico, Dejavu and Pax devices available at no charge to you.

For those currently using a POS system, we are able to integrate with several major pos providers so you would not necessarily need to replace your whole system. Give us a call to discuss your specific pos system so we can review options.

Will I need to change my bank account?

Absolutely not. There is no need to make any changes to your bank account in order to work with us. We will deposit your funds directly into the bank account of your choice.

Should you be open to considering banking options, we do offer online banking through our partner Netevia which provides a ton of additional goodies like cash back rewards on business purchases, virtual and 'real' debit cards and expense controls that protect your business from unauthorized purchases. What types of merchant accounts do you support?

We support every type of processing account you can imagine including Card Present, Card Not Present, Online , MobilePay, Text Pay and electronic invoicing. However your business accepts payments, we have the right merchant account for you.

And we also have options when it comes to all the various pricing programs available today including standard interchange accounts, tiered and flat rate pricing. Most notably, we offer both dual pricing and surcharging programs that enable our merchants to offset some or even ALL of their credit card processing expenses.
